Shipping Information

Free shipping on all Rugs New Zealand-wide, with no minimum purchase required. Free shipping is for Rugs Only. Delivery Charges for Furniture and other items are calculated at checkout.

Once you place the order, an automatic order confirmation email is sent to confirm your order. This email does not guarantee that the product you have ordered is available. If your item is out of stock we will keep in touch to provide you with other options or refund your money.

We use Toll Group & Fastway Couriers for orders. Each order can be tracked online, by phone, or by email with the tracking number which can be provided at request.

Delivery times
We dispatch all orders same day if received by 12 pm,
all orders are sent the following day.

All orders will be sent directly to you at the selected address when buying online.

Couriers are handling huge volumes nationwide so your patience over this period is appreciated.

Pickup Policy

Goods will be held for a maximum period of two (2) months from the date of Purchase or Availability. If the goods are not picked up within this timeframe, We reserves the right to consider the goods abandoned.

Abandoned Goods: If goods are not picked up within the specified two-month window (Unless arranged for a specific time), we will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or deterioration of the goods. Additionally, any payments made towards the goods will not be refunded.

Approximate Delivery times:
Auckland: 1-3 working days
North Island: 2-5 working days
South Island: 2-6 working days
Rural areas: Additional 3-5 working days
